20 NCAC 08 .0202             REPORTING OF ESCHEATS

All persons shall report to the fund directly at the address in 20 NCAC 8.0101 as prescribed by law and by this Chapter.  All payments shall be made to the "Department of State Treasurer ‑ Escheat Fund."
